Minimum requirements are that the applicant must:

1. Be Bilingual 
2. Have superior command of both English and Spanish 
3. Be able to read and write in both English and Spanish at the college level 
4. Have good public speaking skills 
5. Have a good short term memory		 6. Be able to work in high-stress environments
7. Be willing to study 
8. Have flexible hours 
9. Be able to pass a background check 
10. Be comfortable working in a variety of settings: medical, legal, commercial.
